In our Langley, B.C. facility, we produce nearly 300 products from tart shells, pie shells, pie tops and puff pastry, to fully baked heat-and-serve meat pies and appetizers. Our reputation for quality products and efficient service has become Mark-Crest's trademark.
Mark-Crest Foods Ltd. is family owned and operated. It was founded in 1963, by Emil Glukler. Born in Switzerland and trained as a Pastry Chef, Emil emigrated to Canada and began Mark-Crest Foods Ltd. Initially, Mark-Crest Foods Ltd. found manufacturing space in the basement of B.C. Ice & Cold Storage and began with a small client base. From this modest start, the company has expanded to a firm with customers across Canada and in the United States..
